How do you authorise Ev-Ren Emlak via e-Devlet?
Before we can publish your property's listing on our site and on property portals, you need to give us "EİDS" authorisation via e-Devlet, Türkiye's official e-government portal. It is free, secure and takes a few minutes — we have illustrated every step below.
EİDS (Electronic Listing Verification System) is a verification system developed by the General Directorate of Land Registry and Cadastre to prevent fake and unauthorised property listings. Under this system, a property can only be advertised with the owner's approval given through e-Devlet.
In 6 steps
e-Devlet authorisation
Log in to e-Devlet
Log in to turkiye.gov.tr or the e-Devlet mobile app with your Turkish ID number and password (or e-signature/mobile signature).
Find the service
Type "Taşınmaz İlanı Yetkilendirme İşlemleri" (EİDS) in the search bar and open the service. Choose the "Gerçek Kişi" (individual) tab if you own the property personally, or "Tüzel Kişi" (legal entity) if acting for a company.
Select your property
Click "Yetkilendirme İşlemleri" or "Yeni Yetkilendirme" (new authorisation); select the property you want to advertise from the list of properties registered to you and click "Devam Et" (continue).
Enter the Authorisation Certificate Number
The system asks for the Authorisation Certificate Number of the agent you are authorising. To authorise Ev-Ren Emlak, simply enter the number below in that field.
Set the duration
By law, the authorisation must last at least 3 months (90 days). When it expires you can easily extend it with the same steps if you wish.
Check and confirm
Complete the process by pressing "Kaydet" (save) or "Onayla" (confirm). Once confirmed, Ev-Ren Emlak can publish listings for your property.
Important notes
Completely free
The state charges no fee for this. Authorisation is completed on e-Devlet in a few minutes.
Cancel any time
You can withdraw the authorisation from e-Devlet whenever you like. You stay fully in control.
One approval is enough for shared titles
If the property has several co-owners, the approval of just one of them is enough for listing authorisation.
A separate process for each property
If you are listing more than one property, you need to authorise each one separately.
This is not a power of attorney to sell
EİDS authorisation is only permission to publish a listing; it does not authorise signing a sale or rental contract, which requires a separate power of attorney.
Mandatory since 1 January 2025
To prevent fake and unauthorised listings, this authorisation is now required before any property listing can be published.
